Balancing body and mind through personalized, holistic healthcare. We offer tailored acupuncture and traditional treatments at two convenient Regina locations: University Park Drive and Cathedral Sports Massage Northwest (book with Cathedral sports massage website). Ready to feel your best? Both clinics offer easy online booking.

New Acupuncture therapy patients, please book an Initial visit to ensure an appropriate amount of time for your therapist to review your health history and develop a plan to support your treatment goals.

Returning patients, please book a follow up appointment for your preferred duration.

The number of acupuncture sessions required varies depending on the condition being treated and the results desired. Generally, a series of 8-12 treatments are recommended.

Prices may change without notice.

NEW: Additional Acupuncture Appointments with Janis can be found at Cathedral Sports Massage at their Northwest location on Devonshire/Rochdale. Next appointment dates: Oct 10, 24, Nov 21st. Please book with the Cathedral Sports Massage website.
